New build home with two bedrooms for rent. Looking for two renters but open to someone who wants the room and an office or the room and a shared office. 1st floor is the kitchen and dining room. Wooden floors and granite counter tops along with all new appliances. half bathroom and washing machines also in this space. 2nd floor is where all the rooms are and the shared renter bathroom. Rooms have wood flooring, closets, and large windows to let it plenty of sunlight. Finished basement is used as the social space/living room with wooden floors, couches, a half bathroom and a flat screen TV. Utilities closet is also used as excess storage space. Parking out back. There is a garage but other renters and I have just parked cars outside the garage and used the garage as storage space. Porch on the front and deck on the back both with seating and the back has a gas fire table. No smoking inside the house, no cats. I prefer people who are tidy/clean and won't be too loud; overall, respectful of each other's space
