This unit is nice and spacious. It is vacant most of the time. The owner is back and forward between North and South. For the community the price is good. It was previous use for ANB. There is no lockbox because it is a keyless entry Code in private remarks. Agent you can not give out the code to your buyers all buyers has to be showed by they're agent. If we show your buyer you get 1% commission at closing. Property can not be show until you make appt. I want to make sure owner is not there the day you show thanks. The owners is replacing the appliances before closing with stainless steel and cleaning carpet.
