The rent is $1200/mo., due the first of each month. A late fee of $25 will be required for each week that rent runs late. Security deposit of $600 required, it's returnable when vacating, if property is adequately cleaned and in good condition. A maximum of one pet is allowed, with a pet deposit of $200, non-refundable.
