Owner pays for utilities and requires a minimum of a 30 days rental and no more than 6 months. All forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices is strictly prohibited inside the house, on property premises. Cars (max. of 2) must be parked in the garage or driveway only. No street parking is allowed.
