We are the Peabody Condo LLC. - a slightly fancy name to protect our privacy as new owners of a duplex for rent on Elmwood Ave. We're a father/daughter team who care deeply about the property and creating a well-maintained, welcoming home. Our duplex is a 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, finished basement, single car private garage, covered car port & fully fenced in yard. We recently upgraded the lighting, added tile, re-painted, upgraded appliances, gardened, and completed some necessary repairs on the home. Dogs and Cats are welcome! We are an 8 minute walk from Grandview Avenue, and right up the street from the beloved DK Diner. Grandview high school and Larson Middle school around right around the corner, though luckily we are spared from the excitement of game day traffic! Our duplex is situated perfectly in the middle of the street. Renter is responsible for all utilities (internet, water, electricity, gas, and so forth). The renter is not expected to complete any yard maintenance, though there are opportunities for gardeners to add their personal touch if they wish!
