We're looking for someone to take over our lease (or sign a new lease for a year) starting January 17th (some flexibility) until the end of July. Rent is $2,800/month. It's a 1 Bedroom with plenty of windows, a formal dining room, direct garden access from the kitchen and a nice outdoor space (we grew veggies as a quarantine hobby). The apartment has its own private entrance (very easy to get packages delivered - we've delivered items that sat outside all weekend) and is on the first floor, raised 5 feet above groundlevel to give optimal privacy (we don't have curtains) and is super quiet. Street parking is very easy, we've never had trouble finding parking (shared access to park on a private driveway). We are a stone's throw from the Pan Handle park, Buena Vista Park, the infamous Haight Ashbury, and within walking distance to Golden Gate Park, NoPa/Divis, Cole Valley (Zazzies!), and Alamo Square. Owner pays for water, trash and gas. Tenant pays for utilities.
