The fenced in yard is ideal for big or small dogs easily accessible through a dog door at the back, but be careful if your dog is a digger. This home is perfect for a couple wanting to host visiting guests or just roomates. There's not much upkeep on the house, just some new Azaleas to water out front. Just 3 blocks away is Lost Coyote Resataurant and pool- theres plenty of loungers for a play day or work-from-pool afternoon- they have $20 day passess or just splurge for an annual $300 membership.
