Indemnification Clause: Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees, and other expenses that may arise from any breach of this lease, negligence, or wrongful acts by the Tenant, their guests, or pets. 14. Garage Access: The garage is for the exclusive use of the Landlord and will not be accessible to the Tenant. The Tenant agrees not to use or access the garage for any purpose.
