The home can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
