It's what make's living here so worth it finally peace and quiet or so it sure seems. When your ready to kick your heels up and relax this is the place to do it. The kids are grown and on their own or you just simply want quiet time and space. This community is quiet and well maintained this home fits perfectly here it comes furnished or unfurnished whatever your preference. There is a washer and dryer, a queen size bed set with dressers and night stands. There's couches and tables in the living room with wall to wall carpet and some tile flooring where it counts. A refrigerator dish washer and stove in the kitchen also a dining room table, the second bedroom is already set up like an office with a relaxing sofa and tv or make it what you like. It just needs a personal touch from you to make it a complete home. The landscaping front and back yard are maintained by the owners and included the rest is low maintenance flowering if you enjoy doing so. A small pet is welcome
