I am looking for a twenty-something year-old roommate for my two-bedroom, one bath apartment in Brookline starting September 1st (with possibility of moving in mid/late August). The apartment is very spacious, (especially the living room) and has a lot of natural light. My apartment is right across the street from Brandon Hall T stop on the C line. There is a washer-dryer in basement of apartment complex. The rent is $1,350 a month with utilities included (gas and heat), besides electricity. It is about a 15 minute T ride to Kenmore and a 30 minute T ride to Faneuil hall. A little about me: I am a 24 year-old who will be attending law school in Boston this Fall. I enjoy watching sports, and exploring the outdoors. As a roommate, I am very clean, and I am looking for someone who is also very neat and keeps things clean in the common areas. Since I will spend a majority of the day studying/attending remote classes from the apartment, I ideally am looking for a roommate who also values a quiet, respectful living space during these remote working/learning times. We would split the monthly electrical bill (about $10-15 per person) and monthly cost for Wifi ($30 per person).
