The first month rent is due till August when u get the keys The application fee (including screening) is a onetime charge non refundable $45 lease term 8/10/23-7/25/24 Before scheduling the tour, we would like to confirm your eligibility based on our requirements. Please consider the following criteria: Deposit: Typically, we require a deposit equivalent to two months' rent. However, if you meet any of the following conditions, we can accommodate a one-month deposit instead: a. Current Employment: If you are currently employed, please provide information regarding your monthly income. We require that your income be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. Credit Score: Applicants with a credit score of 650 or above meet our basic requirement. B. Co-Signer: Alternatively, if you are unable to meet the credit score or income criteria, you may have the option of having a qualified( meet both 2 requirements above) individual co-sign the lease with you.
