Looking for a female to take over a great room starting around July for $1,233/month! If the post is up the room is still available Location: Estudillo Estates of San Leandro - a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and plenty of street parking. 3 minute walk from stores, coffee shops, and more. 10-15 min drive to downtown Oakland, 30 mins to SF. House: A spacious 3b2b with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, a washer/dryer, gas stove, and a dishwasher. Bonus: A backyard with a patio, lemon tree, cherry tree, and herb garden. Housemates: 2 women in their 20s/30s who work full-time. Both roommates are clean and respectful of common areas. You also have a bonus roommate named Copper, a friendly, hypoallergenic, 25lb cavapoo. Room: One of the upper rooms with lots of natural light and a balcony. It is around 180 sqft. This room shares the upper floor bathroom with one of the other housemates. We currently clean the bathroom on a weekly basis. What we're looking for: Someone kind and respectful, who treats the house like a home. No judgement but we're not a smoking, drugs, & frequent overnight guests kind of house.
