The neighborhood has ALL block homes for a long life. The yard in the front is one of the largest. The fenced in yard in the back backs up to all greenbelt one one side an the back for privacy and quiet. It is near to catch a bus. It is near all shopping, work, beaches, etc. all an easy drive or ride. This is the best area in the county for convenience, yet this neighborhood is totally quiet. There is a new shed out back, and extra parking pad out front.
