Upstairs you will find a large primary suite (king bed) and en suite bathroom, as well as a large loft with four twin beds. - Upstairs Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed - Upstairs Loft (listed as Bedroom #4 in pictures): 4 twin beds - Downstairs Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed - Downstairs Bedroom #3: 1 Queen Bed - Minimum booking requirement is for 31 nights. - Please no animals. If an animal is noted, there will be a $500 fee. - There should be room for 3 cars in the driveway, but please do not park along the street. - Please note there is no A/C. - No smoking inside or outside of the home.
