This house was restored in the 1950s by Old Salem Museums & Gardens. Note the historic features such as dutch doors and hand wrought door latches and hinges. It is a single level compact unit with separate kitchen and bedroom/bath. Fold down steps do allow limited attic storage outside access to basement for laundry connections and additional storage. The front faces the rear of the 1819 John Vogler House a museum building and the rear opens on to the restored gardens. Across the street is a reserved space in the parking lot behind the T.
