We require that all potential tenants fill out a rental application. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee (cash, money order or cashier's check only) per adult applicant on checking of credit and references. They also need to provide a copy of their driver's license and signed social security card for signature verification. Once those are approved, then we set up showings. We accept applications from 9-4 Mon-Fri except for the noon hour. Our office is at 841 Post Road, Muskegon MI. That is right off Henry Street, one street north of Summit. Our number is 759-7722.
