The condo is located directly on the water. You can view the water from the foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and lanei area (lanei area has a bistro table next to Jerry the giraffe in photos). The condo has two bedrooms with two full beds in the spare with its own private bath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private bath and stall shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, crock pots etc. Wine and champagne glasses also. It is also equipped with a DVD player and wireless internet. The condo was completely remodeled last December with all new furniture from Calvin?s Leather Gallery, here in Buffalo. My husband and I had two sets of everything when we got married, so we were able to furnish the unit. The lower level has four stainless steel gas grills with granite counter tops similar to an outdoor kitchen and a picnic table area enough for 300 people, overlooking the water. On the other side is the pool area surrounded with lounge chairs. We do also have beach chairs in the unit complete with beach towels, beach games and stereo. It is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guests can fly into Tampa International Airport.THIS IS A WEEKLY RENTAL. The rates start at $895/week. The condo is located directly on the water.
