This neighbor hood is established, quiet and friendly. Neighbors know each other and always help each other out. There is extensive diversity with no problems with everyone getting along. Home owners show pride in their homes and are always improving their properties. Many neighbors have raised their families here and have lived here in excess of 20 years. We are close to everything from groceries and gas to Walmart, Home Depot, and major shopping stores. We have young families and retirees living side by side.
