The group meets twice per year and draws numbers for the order we pick dates. The owners take turns around the table picking one week per turn until the calendar is set. You don’t have to be present, we’ve often picked our dates over the phone during the draw. With this ownership, you’ll have the condo 6 to 8 weeks each year. On the weeks you have the condo, you can check-in Thursday and have the condo until Wednesday of the following week. Each owner pays $2,500 per year to cover all of the condo association dues, taxes, maintenance/repairs and cleaning fees.
