There is also a Share game room with pool table / ping pong and darts . Large kitchen with additional refrigerator in the garage. WiFi, electricity, and water are included. Shopping and entertainment are walking distance away. There is no smoking allowed in the home. Covered porch is available. I will only allow a max of 1 tenant. So you don't have share a bathroom Some furniture is available if necessary. Kitchen is furnished with everything needed to cook. Street parking available and under video surveillance. It is the tenants responsibility to upkeep their space including shared spaces like the bathroom. First month rent $1000 plus deposit $500 required. 6 or 12 month lease available. Deposit does not take the place of last months rent. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Violence or hostility towards is not acceptable and is cause for immediate termination of your lease.
