Very friendly staff, onsite maintenance, large elevator, nice gym, beautiful rooftop deck, etc. Apartment has central A/C and heating, a lovely modern kitchen with lots of cabinets, in-unit washer / dryer, and lots of closet space. I've loved the apartment, building, and location. Message me with any questions! Unfortunately, my parent just died so I'm now living out of state and need to get out of my apartment lease, which runs through April 2022. Move-in date is flexible! You'll need to be screened/approved by the building management company, and then would officially become the new tenant. I'm open to lower rent offers (and would pay the difference to the building management company up-front before I moved out), though if you decide to stay on after April 2022 you'll need to negotiate subsequent rent / incentives with the them yourself.
