The home: - Charming single family home in the city of La Mirada with two other male working professionals. - Right off of Beach Boulevard next to Buena Park and Fullerton for easy freeway access. - Clean, safe, quiet residential street full of well maintained homes, walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, grocery stores, transportation, etc. - Plenty of parking in the area for those that commute. - Light kitchen use is ok. - Fiber wi-fi in home. - There is a washer and dryer on-site. - Clean and organized home. We all love the space. - No smoking, illegal substances, excessive alcohol, pets or overnight guests allowed - We do require proof of income and a background check. - Very chill household. We're looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and can pitch in to help around the house. - Outdoor amenities include hiking, running and biking trails in the neighborhood. The room: - Large spacious room. - Shared bathroom which is used by one other male housemate. - Single occupancy only. - Your room comes unfurnished (or furnished if desired). The rest of the house is fully furnished - $1025 / month. - Move in costs are first month's rent plus security deposit. - The room is perfect for a Biola, CSUF or UCI student, nurse, or a working professional.
