There's a security system, washer and dryer in the basement, covered front porch and a second story balcony next to the bedroom im renting out. The backyard is large and has a privacy fence. There's unfortunately no garage, but the concrete slab is still there with plenty of space to park and activities. The block is active but very family driven. Lots of kids running around being kids, folks working on their yards. Its a clean block where everyone looks after another. You're conveniently located between 96 and the lodge, so you can get downtown super fast. The tenants with split and rent and utilities down the middle, water is included with rent. Im just looking for someone cool and drama free, my buddy that is there now is great and we just want to keep the vibes. There is also a dining room that can be converted into your own livingroom if you'd like that. Just sharing the bathroom and kitchen.I took all my belongings, so the house is pretty empty currently. You'd have me as your private landlord, so it will be more relaxed and I will work with you when it comes to move in costs.
