Street parking is available with $70 annual permit for the 1st floor suite. This is a month-to-month lease with 30-day notice by either party with a minimum of 3 months. Utilities are already built into the rent as is mandatory monthly professional housecleaning of all bedrooms, bathrooms, and community spaces. Looking for renters who enjoy living in a household where the shared spaces are friendly/considerate, clean up after themselves, and are respectful, but where each tenant's bedroom/bathroom space is completely private. Live-in owner to provide vacuum, broom, and cleaning supplies so that everyone can keep both private and community spaces clean. No smoking, vaping, or pets.
