This is a beautiful 1st floor 2/2 condo at the end of the building. This means you only have neighbors above you and on one side of you. Laminate and tile flooring throughout the unit with no carpeting. 3 large walk in closets, a large pantry, and 2 more regular sized closets provide tons of storage space. The area is currently exploding with a brand new shopping center that just opened close by at Logan and Immokalee road along with plenty of already established shopping and dining less than 5 minutes away in every direction. The HOA fee is covered by the owner and includes water, cable, and lawn care. The community trash compactor is also close enough to the unit that taking out the trash is no bother, but just far enough away to not detract with unwanted sights or odors when outside the front door or in the designated parking spot. The condo resides in a safe gated community surrounded mostly by residents who own their property. There is a recently constructed small dog park that is private to the residents of this small community and there is also a community pool that is equally restricted to just this small community. The HOA president (who resides in the community) shared with me that she has plans to add a community gym to the clubhouse soon, but no guarantees there. Though, she has been following through with all of her promises on improvements since she was voted into the position about a year ago which included that new community dog park. This is a great and peaceful little community to live in. I lived in it for almost 2 years prior to putting it up for rent, so I can say that from experience.
