As of July 8 the property is rented. I will take names, numbers and emails if you want to go on a list for future vacancies - I have 7 other similar properties. Zillow makes it difficult to mark as rented. Private 2nd story duplex with 12 x 12 deck and one-car garage. Number of tenants is limited to three (maybe four) as this is a second story apartment with an apartment below it. We also limit the number of automobiles to two due to space limitations. Tenant pays all utilities. No smoking unit. Pets may or may not be approved.
