Scores below 700 maybe considered based on overall application. - Rental History: Applicants must demonstrate a positive rental history. - References: Verifiable landlord references are required for the past 3 years. - Evictions: Applicants must have no prior history of unlawful detainers or evictions. 5- Screening & Evaluation - Provider: Credit, criminal background, and eviction screenings are required through Zillow.
