Until and apartment home is lease and a lease option chosen, the price on that available home can change daily. Resident chooses from a range of 3-18 month lease options that are priced accordingly. Our application fee is $50 per person for everyone over the age of 18. Our application deposit is $250 and we have an admin fee of $100 due at move in. We are pet friendly with no size limitations but we do have aggressive breed restrictions in place. We allow up to two pets and the non refundable pet fees due at move in are $350 for the first pet and $500 total if there are two pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 per month per pet. Our residents are responsible for the electric, gas, and water bills.
