My home was remodeled in 2008 and 2014 and it has new wood floors throughout and the central air and heat were new in 2010, new white metal roof in 2012, remodeled bathroom, new kitchen sink, floor covering in kitchen in 2014. Back yard has half privacy fence, my 2 lots that come with my home are totally fenced with 2 big chain link gates in front yard by the driveway. Home is like brand new!!!?? HOA dues are only $96 a year! Great Subdivision and do NOT go by the estimated price Zillow has listed here for my home because they are WRONG! Zillow is not an Real Estate Sales Company nor a Broker!!! I will NOT have my home compared to other homes in my neighborhood because this is NOT a FMHA Loan I am paying every month on my home! My Home Loan came through a BANK. Zillow you need to quit ESTIMATING HOMES!!!
