Freshly painted, all new carpeting. Very clean inside. no pets or smokers have ever lived here so there are not any kind of stale, bad odors in the apartment. This is a ground floor apartment, it is very bright, and opened. The appliances are all fairly new. I also have added a charging station for electric vehicle use. This is a nice quiet safe neighborhood with off street parking. Once again, no pets of any kind, and no smoking or vaping. There is only one other apartment in the building so it is very quiet, and there are not a lot of people in and out all the time. This is a freshly renovated apartment. The renter is responsible for their own utilities. That would be gas heat, hot water. Also the renter pays their own electric and cable. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. There is parking for 2 cars. I am renting this on a month to month basis. The renter will have to sign a renters agreement, this is not a lease. I will disclose other requirements in the renters agreement. I have owned the property for almost 30 years so I have kept it up to date, I am not an absentee landlord. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer included. During the bad weather the occupant is responsible for keeping their steps/entry way clear. There is a deck off the back of the kitchen that is also included with the rental.
