Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, TRUCK, CAR) directly in front of the middle unit; no trailers, RVs, watercraft on trailers, or box trucks are permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt.
