My wife and I bought this home just prior to our son and his friends starting their sophomore year at GSU. I have to tell you, it has been one of the best decisions we've made. It was comforting to know the guys were in a well cared for residence with caring landlords (US!!). We've had very little issues with the property and, but for the fact that they're all graduating this spring, we'd hang onto it. This 4br/4 full bath house is well laid out with room for everyone.
