The apartment is in a great location and within a 5-minute walk to the UGA shuttle stop, grocery store, coffee shop, yoga/pilates studio, and lots of restaurants. The apartment is a corner unit with hardwood flooring, washer/dryer in unit, vaulted ceilings, balcony, and is very spacious! It is also very reasonably priced given the location. The management company pays for water, trash, and pest control. Pictures are both of the unit furnished/unfurnished.
