One block from Main street and all its attractions. Beach Towels are in the bungalow w beach chairs outside for your pleasure. Your patio is private. The guesthouse and patio are private. The entry way is shared as is the garden in the driveway. On street parking is most always easily available. Permits can be obtained from the city of Santa Monica for leases. We will provide permits for shorter term stays. Snacks are provided. Organic Coffee, Sweetener choices, and snacks are provided to help you settle into the space when you arrive. We cultivate an active produce garden on site. You will likely see squirrels, birds, and hummingbirds. Occasionally a raccoon or a possum will be seen in the area.
