We need to sell not rent/lease this wonderful home surrounded by Ozarks mountains located in the small town of Gainesville, Missouri. Caney Mountain is nearby and the entire surrounding area has many trails for hikes, caves, natural springs (we visit three of them many times in the summer). Gainesville is small town of 700 and is 25 minutes from Mountain Home, Arkansas (great for shopping Walmart, TjMaxx, etc.) Gainesville is also situated between 2 large lakes and wonderful floating rivers. Great hunting and fishing. Neighborhood Description What's not to like about a small subdivision (8-10 families) who always are there for each other? Again, we need to sell and not rent/lease.
