We offer shared housing for traveling nurses/medical students on temporary assignment in the Medford area. We do not offer long term housing. When inquiring about the property, in order to obtain a prompt response please include a note about yourself and the timing of your stay. ABOUT THE HOUSE: It's a classic single level ranch style with new paint, carpets, flooring, granite counters and stainless appliances. Fantastic neighborhood (very safe and quiet) within walking distance to Asante medical center, parks and golf course. 5 minute drive to Providence hospital. 15 minute drive to Ashland. Completely furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay--just bring your suitcase! Lovely pool in backyard, very tranquil and relaxing environment. Treadmill and exercise bike for your use. Utilities and high speed internet included. No smoking and no shoe policy. Deposit will be reimbursed within 2 weeks of move-out after cleaning inspection completed by owner with tenant responsible for washing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and returning room to move-in condition. Tenants share responsibility for keeping shared areas clean during their stay. 2 week minimum stay at $250/week, or monthly rate of $950 for 1+ months. $200 required in advance to hold room which will be deducted from first rent payment.
