It is an awesome community with a park and pool. We are asking for someone to take over the loan. We are not asking for a down payment but the lender might ask depending on credit. They usually ask from 5-10% down. We owe around $38,700. It is a good home with nice central AC. Has washer and dryer hook ups,2 whole bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom. We have upgraded all the rooms to include ceiling fans! The living room and one of the kids room has also wooden floor that we also upgraded. We currently have renters but they are available to move by December. Also as it is located inside a community there is a lot fee of $500. including water,sewer and trash.
