Enjoy the park like setting view whether you are sitting on your paved lanai, in your kitchen or living room. Very private and tranquil 2-2 home. Well maintained. A/C and roof was replaced in 2003, the Electrical panel was replaced in 2014 along with GFI outlets and switches throughout. Master bedroom is very spacious with sliders that lead out to the paved lanai. Large living room and kitchen also have sliders that lead to paved lanai. Great for entertaining. There is room for a pool!
