Hello, in 2017 we added a new room to our backyard rental unit. It has its own entrance, and a dedicated bathroom. Please note that it does not have its own kitchen. New hardwood flooring, and fairly large room size. We will only rent this to one person. Please do not call if You have more than one person. This is a pet free property. Deposit is required. We will be charging $50 separately for water, electricity and shared high speed Internet.
