It's on the point of the mountian so it has really quick access to the freeway, close to the Traverse Mountain Outlets in Lehi, Grocery Stores, movie theatres, and all the good restaurants. There are also tons of Mtn biking and hiking trails near by and an almost daily shows of the paraglider's off the point of the mountian. Included at the complex is a pool and gym! Also as an incentive we will include our grey sectional couch (as seen in the pictures) with the signing over of the remainder of our lease! Renter is responsible for all utilities and internet.
