We are a busy, fun loving family. We are kind and respectful to others and expect the same towards us. One person only. No smoking of any kind. There is a strict no smoking on the property rule. My husband is allergic and cigarette smoke will give him a severe migraine. Light drinking is ok. You will have a private shed for your own storage needs. You will have use of a shared washer/dryer in a nearby shed. Available now. $1300mo includes utilities. Utilities include: electricity, garbage, water, Direct TV, & basic internet.
