    3 Bedroom, 2 bath home with an oversized 2-car garage. - In the last 2 years the house has been upgraded to include beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen along with a large stainless steel single basin sink, designer faucet and a lighted hanging pot rack. We have also replaced the kitchen floor with high-end luxury vinyl tile. The rest of the house, except the bathrooms and laundry room, have a beautiful wood laminate floor. - The house is open concept with tall vaulted ceilings so it is a wonderful house for entertaining or being together as a family. We have comfortably had more than 20 people in the open living space while entertaining. There is a large deck (10'x28') off the living area, and a fire pit in the front yard that includes 2 large cedar plank benches. - The kitchen has a huge bar that will seat at least 8 people. The front of the house (living room area) has absolutely beautiful windows and glass doors that give a great view and let in the morning light. - The house has central heat & air. There is an additional propane fireplace in the living room that is remote & thermostatically controlled. The 2nd bathroom has been upgraded with a granite countertop, designer faucet, and a heated tile floor that is thermostatically controlled. The master bedroom has an amazingly large bathroom with a huge walk-in closet. - Additionally in the last 2 years the house has been changed from well water to rural water. Our water bill has never exceeded $70/month and typically runs around $62/month. We redesigned the detached well house to hold an emergency supply of water that can supply water to the house if needed, or can be used to water the lawn. The well house contains 2 new 525 gallon water tanks and pump that are connected to the house water. This system's use is optional. It can be shut off and winterized or can be used for an emergency backup at your discretion. The well house is heated with an energy efficient propane heater. - The garage is an extremely oversized 2 car garage. It is 24' wide by 36' deep. We have recently insulated the garage and are in the process of sheetrocking it. There is also wheel chair access from the garage into the house. - Additionally, on the outside of the garage we added a 20/30/50 amp RV electrical hookup and space to park a large RV. The house also comes with a 4500 watt gasoline powered emergency generator for backup power to the house. - The house has a fully enclosed, concreted service basement (half-height). It allows a lot of room for personal storage (runs under the entire house) and gives easy access to the electrical, plumbing, heating, propane lines, and duct work. The basement also contains a sump pump with a backup battery. We have never had any issues or water in the basement. - The house sits on 3.19 acres, so there is plenty of room to add on, or add additional buildings. The house is on a local septic system. The land has no known restrictions. Horses and livestock are allowed. - All appliances including a front-load washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave will be included with the house.
