We'd love to find a family or small group of people to rent our downstairs duplex/apartment! The location is excellent, and though some people with kids may shy away from downtown, the schools are excellent and close by, and all of downtown becomes your backyard! Things are a little quieter downtown currently, but living here gives you a whole new sense of ownership of the waterfront and nearby parks :) The apartment itself has 2 larger rooms (14x13 and 14x16), 2 smaller rooms (9x13), and a bonus den/office space, in addition to two bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living space. We've had it rented on a room by room basis in the past because of our proximity to PSU, but with the current timing, we have an opportunity to rent the whole space together and really like the idea of renting the whole space together. Our family of 4 lives upstairs, and full disclosure, we have two young and energetic boys, so you will hear the pitter patter of not so little feet (so late sleepers beware!), and while there are good sized windows in each room, the location in the basement doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight. I'll get some more photos up in the coming days, but it currently has a hodge podge of furniture and wont' get any clear shots until the current tenants move in the first couple weeks of June. Feel free to ask questions. Utilities are split with the upstairs unit and added on to rent at the end of the month.
