The 3rd floor bedroom is the largest of the 3 and has 2 singles or 1 king. There is a wood accent wall on one side, a full closet, and views of PCMR. Under the window overlooking the mountain, there is a futon that can be enjoyed as a seating area for reading or a sleeper. The two downstairs bedrooms are on the first floor. Each have their own bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, full closet and cozy floor plan. There is a brand newly remodeled full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has another queen sized bed, larger of the 2 closets, faces Park Ave (fun for people watching!), and smaller, newly remodeled attached bathroom. Full kitchen with cooking necessities, plates, mugs/cups, silverware, and additional accessories. Right next to the kitchen is an attached dining room with seating for 10 around the table.
