Utilities: All Utilities, Cable, and Internet are all included Building Amenities: Study Room, Computer Center, Game Room, Workout Gym, Laundry Room, Onsite Parking, & Elevators, Kitchens on every floor Room Amenities: Bed(s) with Mattress, Desk(s) with Chairs, Portable Closet, Chest, Lamps, Individual Restrooms in Each Room, Microwave, & Mini-refrigerator, all included Pricing: Single Room: $490/month Double Room: $795/month ($397.50 per student) Triple Room: $999/month ($333 per student) Payment Options: 1. Month to Month payments. You will need to pay the $250/deposit + First Month Rent in order to move in. After that, you will need to pay the rent every month on the 1st. With this option, your parents or guardians would need to be cosigners. 2. Semester Long Agreement. You will need to pay the entire room rent for the semester with one payment. With this option, your parents or guardians will not need to be cosigners. Single Room: $2205 (must be one payment) Double Room: $3577 (must be one payment) ($1788.50 per student per semester) Triple Room: $2997 (must be one payment) ($1498.50 per student per semester) 3. Using Financial Aid Refund. You will need to pay the $250/deposit + First Month Rent, show proof of your refund distribution, and sign an addendum stating that you will use your refund check to pay for your housing at RSS, before you move in.
