For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy the 7-person hot tub and an outdoor fire pit with a grill and string lights, perfect for evening bonfires. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
