Full bath, queen size bed with linens, full kitchen with cooking supplies, desk, couch, table and chairs on the large lanai. The electric bill is on its own meter and runs around 50.00 a month. The stove and hot water are propane and when you switch the dial to the second tank I will refill and bill you with the electric bill, 20$ a mont or so depending on what you use. There is a monthly yard service included in the rent.
