One of the things that truly makes this apartment special is its location directly beside thousands of acres of untouched land, creating an incredibly peaceful and very private setting with access to hiking trails, oceanfront cliffs, and nature right from the property. There is wireless high-speed internet, shared laundry, and the property is gated. Two sets of linens and towels are provided. The studio apartment shares 2.5 acres with the main house, a cottage and a large workshop. The main house is occupied by the owner and the apartment has dedicated parking spaces and a very chill and quiet vibe that can only be fully appreciated in person.
