Beautifully furnished home on an acre food forest centrally located in a great neighborhood. Renters pay for electricity, around $300/month. Owner pays for high speed internet, garbage pickup, water, lawn care. No smoking inside the unit. No cats. Dogs are ok but you must pick up their poop. There is an occupied house at the back of the property with long term tenants. They are really chill and have been there for 2 years. Parking is available for 3 cars max. The laundry is located in the carport area and those machines are shared with renters in the back house. I'm looking for at least a 6 month lease but prefer one year or longer. This rental comes with a 12*12 tiny home with lanai, power, mini fridge and 2 electric burners for the kitchenette area. I can be flexible on the rent if you don't want this amount home to go with it as I would put a landscaper single tenant in there.
